Yes, all in-person attendees must provide proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test within five days of the event and are required to sign the SVIA’s COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgement Form.

SVIA adheres to the local guidelines as well as the CDC’s guidelines for in-person events. At this time, Florida no longer requires face masks to be worn. However, SVIA cannot guarantee that participants in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

It means:

  • Masks are now optional for in-person attendance,
  • Face masks are not required when eating or drinking.

SVIA’s release form, which is a requirement for in-person attendance requires anyone who becomes symptomatic and/or confirms that he or she has contracted COVID to notify SVIA immediately at events@stablevalue.org. Should this happen, SVIA will alert all attendees of exposure to COVID.

If you receive a notification, it means that someone that you were near tested positive for COVID-19 and chose to privately share their diagnosis. The notification will allow you to take action to protect yourself and those around you, like getting tested, seeking medical attention, quarantining, etc.
