The Fall Forum takes place October 6-8, 2025 at the Fairmont Hotel in Washington D.C. located at 240 M St. NW. Room reservations will be made directly with the Fairmont this year using a link in your confirmation email. To obtain SVIA’s rates and ensure you have lodging at the Fairmont, all reservations must be made using the link in your confirmation email. SVIA Cancellation Policy

Requests for registration fee refunds (less a $450 processing fee) will be honored only if received before 5:00PM EDT, 30 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 of the conference. SVIA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All cancellations should be submitted in writing to SVIA via email or mail. All refunds will be made after the conference.
