Joseph Celentano
Joe is Vice President of Accumulation Products for the Institutional Products Division of Pacific Life Insurance Company. He is responsible for Pacific Life's spread banking operations, which include funding agreements and GICs. He joined Pacific Life in 1992, and has over fifteen years of experience in structured finance and spread banking management in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Pacific Life, Joe worked at CIGNA and The Travelers Insurance Company. He has served as an adjunct professor in the areas of accounting and investments at the University of California, Irvine, and is the past Chairman of the Investment Advisory Commission for the city of Mission Viejo, California. Joe received a B.S. in business administration from Marist College, and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Aruna Hobbs
Aruna is Director, Head of the Pensions and Savings Group for AEGON Institutional Markets. She is responsible for overall management and development of roughly a $43 billion book of pension and savings products. She is a board member of the Stable Value Investment Association and serves on Stable Times and the Accounting Task Force. She has more than sixteen years of experience in finance and asset/liability and risk management. Aruna holds a degree in economics and a graduate degree in international trade.
Andrew Kiehl
Andy joined the INVESCO Fixed Income Division, Account Management Team, in March 2000. As a Senior Account Manager, Andy directs the client servicing effort for a number of INVESCO's large corporate relationships. Prior to joining INVESCO, Andy served as Managing Director for Retail Brokerage and Regional Executive for the Private Investment Advisors division of National City Bank, Cleveland. His responsibilities included oversight of the trust, private banking and brokerage units of National City Bank, Indiana. He is a graduate of University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
Eric Kirsch
Eric is a Managing Director and head of the North America Fixed Income Investment Group at Deutsche Asset Management. He leads the combined fixed income group of Deutsche Asset Management and Scudder Investments. In his expanded role, Kirsch is responsible for overseeing the management of all fixed income products, totaling over $150 billion in assets. Eric joined Deutsche Asset Management in 1980 and has over fifteen years of investment experience relating to fixed income portfolios as well as experience in employee benefit trust administration. In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board for the Stable Value Investment Association, he is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
James F. McDevitt
Jim is Senior Vice President and Stable Value Product Manager at State Street Bank & Trust Company where he is responsible for the development and issuance of synthetic guaranteed investment products, which currently total in excess of $25 billion. Jim has over thirty years experience in the pension and investment areas, the last eleven years with State Street. He is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He is a frequent speaker at Stable Value conferences and is also on the Board of Directors of the Stable Value Investment Association and serves as Treasurer of the Association.
