New Committee and Task Force Chairs Named

A few changes have been made to SVIA's committee structure. First, many thanks to Pacific Life's John Milberg for leading SVIA's Task Force on Mission and Environment. The Task Force identified many important issues before the Association under John's strong leadership and team approach.

As Senior Vice President for Institutional Investing, John responsibilities have evolved beyond Stable Value leading him to turn over the Task Force and its next steps?addressing many of those issues?to John Hancock's Wayne Gates.

This rotation has caused a shift among the Data and Research Committee and its subgroups. Allstate's Steve Schafer has taken over as Chair of the Data and Research Committee. He will be ably assisted by the Survey Subcommittee's Co-Chairs: Kathleen Schillo, Hueler Analytics and Susan Olin, John Hancock. JPMorgan Chase's Marc Magnoli will now be chairing the Data and Research's Asset Allocation Task Force.
